Categories are extra statuses you control. They show as chips on the dashboard and as options everywhere a job's status is set. Tick Finished for a "done" bucket (e.g. FRA Complete) so those jobs drop out of the Open view like Completed/Closed do.

Tick what appears on each copy of the job sheet. Applies to all jobs.
