These times define when an SLA becomes breached.
When a job arrives automatically (the email / Zapier intake), send it straight to an engineer — or leave it unallocated for the office to place. This only applies when the intake didn't already set an engineer, so you can drop the assign step from the Zap and control it here.
Auto-assigned jobs are scheduled onto the engineer's day straight away (today, at the time they arrive), so they show immediately rather than sitting in "needs scheduling".
