Hours are door-to-door from the fleet report, minus each driver's morning commute (max 30m or the actual leg), home commute (same), and lunch (30m on 6h+ days) — all editable per driver in Pay settings. Generate & Save a Fleet Report for a week to fill this in. Click Edit to correct recorded times or mark a day as “left site” vs “arrived home”.
Deductions in minutes. Commute values are the maximum unpaid each way — if the actual leg is shorter, only that shorter time is deducted. Blank = use the default.
