Totals are each person's clocked segments (breaks excluded) plus approved leave — a holiday counts as a full 8-hour day (4 for a half day) and is shown green with a 🌴, so a day off never reads as a no-show. Where someone has both, the Total shows the split. Unpaid leave marks the day but adds no hours. A running tag means they're still clocked in — that open session isn't counted until they clock out (or you set an end time via Edit). Use Edit to correct clocked times: the original auto times are kept and shown struck through, and totals use your edited times.
