Drivers = active users with a vehicle allocated in Users Admin. A Story Mode weekly check counts as done too. Drivers do their check at /van-check.html (🚐 tile / red alert). Switch a driver Off to take them out of the weekly cycle — no reminders, no home-screen prompt (they can still do a check if they want).

When to push drivers who haven't done their check. Add as many day + time slots as you like. Leave empty for the default (Monday 07:00 + a chase before the deadline). Reminders fire at or just after the chosen time.

🧩 Custom van checks

Build a reusable check (e.g. “Winter tyre check”, “Pre-MOT”) and send it to specific drivers — it doesn’t touch the weekly check. Results show in the van’s Checks history, tagged “custom”.

Grid statuses

The statuses you can set on the by-engineer grid (holiday, off sick, van off road…). Excused = not counted as missed; Counts as done = treated like a completed check in stats; Issue = flagged as a problem. “Not required” is the default and can be recoloured but not removed.
