Hours shown are paid hours β after each person's travel/lunch deductions (set in βοΈ Settings). Self-employed engineers generate their own numbered invoice PDFs from their timesheet; open them from the Invoice column or the π§Ύ Invoices list. A week locks once it's invoiced β delete the invoice (π§Ύ Invoices) to unlock it for corrections.
Tick Travel for anyone who has 30 minutes each way deducted, and Lunch for anyone who has the lunch break deducted (on days over the threshold). Fuel is the per-person switch for whether they get paid mileage β tick it for the self-employed engineers who claim fuel, and set their pence per mile. 10-mi radius means the first and last 10 miles of each day get no fuel allowance. Rates are used on self-employed invoices. Blank number boxes fall back to the defaults / the person's profile.
The round-trip miles paid for a visit to each site, measured from base. When an engineer picks a site on their timesheet the saved figure fills in automatically. Type to change a value (blank = no saved figure); β‘ Work out missing estimates any site that has a postcode but no figure yet β always check and adjust the ones that matter.
Every invoice generated by a self-employed engineer, newest first. Deleting an invoice unlocks that week and frees its number (their next invoice re-uses it).
