These are the jobs in the live scheduler right now. Review them and remove any test/fake jobs before importing your history. Deletions are permanent and also remove that job's photos/signatures.

Older email-intake jobs came in with the fields swapped — the fault text in the reference and the store in the description. This rewrites those jobs to the new layout (reference → "Number - Site", description → the fault, site name/number cleaned), matching how new jobs arrive from the updated zap. Preview first — nothing changes until you press Apply. Already-clean and ambiguous jobs are left untouched.

Load your previous jobs from the exported spreadsheet. They go into a separate archive — searchable on the Job Archive page, but kept out of the live scheduler so daily work stays fast. Safe to re-run: jobs are matched by their MOS number, so nothing duplicates.
Pull the historical photos, signatures and PDFs in from the manifest produced by the browser harvester (workever-manifest.json). The server fetches each file straight from storage and attaches it to the matching job by MOS number — shown on the Job Archive page. Safe to re-run: files already brought in are skipped, so if it stops you just start it again and it carries on.
Once the photos are imported, link them to their store's Site Photos gallery — matched by store number (signatures stay on the job in the Archive, not in the site gallery). Safe to run any time.
Check a store — how many archive jobs are tagged to it and how many photos are linked.
