Keep all three systems in sync by mapping SiteLog scanners and PO raisers to their portal user. Linked people are costed at the portal rate + allowances and their work ties together across systems; unlinked people are costed on that system's own figures (fine for subcontractors). One portal user maps to one person in each system.
